Find Your Point Of Frustration

You live in a beautiful world which is full of hopes and happiness. But still, you don’t stay cheerful and lively always. What is the reason for that? There are numerous factors which cause sorrow in your live. At times, you are not very much aware of the reason of your grief and you get irritated. You don’t realize what is really bothering and this creates stress and despair in your lives.

To avoid such a situation, find out what is actually troubling you. Keep a close eye on all the related factors and try to find out the reason again and again. Don’t delay, this is the correct time to register, speak it out, name it, understand it and finally change it. Just does it before this melancholy gets a hold of your life and makes you feel sick at heart.

For e.g., I had a client who worked in a company as a top manager. She used to have a very bad feeling for a specific person who also worked in the same company. She was not aware of the reason but then in a specific session with her, we got to know that this person reminded her of someone in her past when she was a small child. It was, actually her nanny.

She felt very resentful whenever she met her without knowing the actual reason behind it. During our coaching sessions, we discovered that the nanny was often inattentive towards my client at that time – as a small child, she needed the nanny. But she used to feel ignored by her all the time as the so knew “nanny is always busy with some other things”. As a small child, not able to talk, she couldn’t do much about it, except crying. Once she was old enough to talk, she told her parents that she didn’t like her and finally the nanny needed to leave. Later, my client forgot about all this once she got a new nanny who was very warm and attentive until the previous nanny came and started working in the same company. My client recalled and recognized her and thus, we were able to understand her old frustration and converted it into a favorable situation for her.

So, in order to remain happy and elated, you need to have a close look at all the factors and find out the exact point that frustrates you. You might need an appropriate support for doing this. For any support, feedback, questions you can contact my team and meet Jasmin Waldmann and get rid of the elements that make you feel grief-stricken on low spirited.

Reconnecting your mind & body

When was the last time you came home from work and didn’t switch on the TV, radio, read the newspaper or use cell phone or computer? Do you ever just sit and think over a simple cup of tea or coffee? In today’s times, we are constantly rushing to meet deadlines in order to keep our jobs secure and ensure ourselves of the basic necessities of life. But we forget that the body as well as the mind can only function optimally if we have a good connection between them which needs to be recharged at periodic intervals. We regularly make shopping lists or “to do” lists, however, we don’t apply the same in regards to ourselves, the ambitions we have, our relationships and our jobs.

Just as superficial materialism is not a healthy balance, neither is total intellectualism. So we need to find a healthy balance between the two in order to lead meaningful lives. Here are a few things you can do to reconnect your mind with your body which will help with self-development, work-life balance and calmness. These are “grounding” techniques that help you to get that essential mind-body connection.

  • Dance to some songs you like
  • Write down some of your thoughts
  • Sing a song
  • Paint
  • Meditate (focus on your breath)
  • Listen to music (without doing other things at that time)
  • If you feel “disconnected” with yourself since a period of time, then a simple walk (without cell phone), Pilates or Pilardio® are good things to do.

Wish you all success, Jasmin Waldmann

Calm and Composed Mind the Key to Happy and Stress Free Life

A constant agitated and restless mind attracts both physical and mental hurdles and can lead to diseases and burn out. On the contrary when your mind is calm, well managed and composed, you begin to enjoy every single aspect and phase of your life and stay happy. A stressed mind and body causes a number of health complications and leaves you emotionally drained. Thus, if you truly wish to use all your resources, inner power and improve your mental strength and ability then you’ll have to make a genuine effort towards attracting peace and positivity into your life.

Why is Inner Peace and Calmness Important?
Our fast paced lives can leave us strained, stressed, restless and fearful in many ways. This further would leads to emotional and physical trauma and it would be very difficult to accept these situations and circumstances. Hence, when we choose to improve, to develop and work on inner peace and calmness, we become successful, happy, fulfilled and focused. Furthermore experience pure bliss in every part of lives.

What needs to be done for that?
Do not allow stress to take a constant part in your life. On and off is helpful, constant stress on the other hand kills! In order to stay calm and peaceful, become successful and sharp minded we need to train our minds. This can be achieved by following the below mentioned advices and suggestions:

  1. Let Go: The first step to feel calm and composed is to let bygones be bygones. Also, instead of feeling stressed about your existing circumstances and situations, you need to just let go and stop worrying about everything. Remember, you don’t do yourself a favor by stressing about things that aren’t under your control.
  2. Deep Breathing: Deep breathing is another great and easy way to distress your mind and achieve calmness. By performing the deep breathing exercise on a regular basis, you’ll be able to get rid of all your worries and stay happier and in control of your mind as well as body. Also as a first aid: when you feel stress, stop what you are doing and take 10 deep breaths. Then carry on and feel and experience the difference.
  3. Enjoy Your Achievements: Life is a beautiful blessing and you need to constantly remind yourself about the same by acknowledging your minor as well as major achievements. Hence, if you truly wish to be peaceful then learn to be patient and focused towards your aim instead of worry about trivial issues.
  4. Stop thinking that you’re in Control: If you want to be happy and peaceful then stop thinking that you can control things around you. Have the flexibility to let things happen and enjoy also excitements in your life. If in sorrow or worries, you simply ask yourself whether your existing situation will matter to you in future. The answer to this is obviously ‘No’. Basically, in order to feel peace, you need to get rid of the negative energies that surround your body and mind.
  5. Stop Seeking Perfection: Nobody on this planet is perfect. If you are constantly seeking perfection within yourself as well as within the people in your life then you’ll only cause stress to your mind and body and also get in trouble with the people around you. Thus, if you want to stay peaceful and calm then stop expecting perfection in everything. Follow the Pareto principal 80/20 (check it out online).
  6. Patience is a Virtue: Stress is inevitable. It will follow you in every phase of your life. However, how you choose to deal with it is what really matters. Thus, if you want to be calm from within then learn to be patient and cool even during adverse circumstances.

How Meditation Can Help You Overcome Your Fury and Be More Calm and Peaceful?

Anger leaves any person exhausted and rob them off their happiness and positivity. An angry person is always full of complains and grudges about life, their circumstances and people around them, which is precisely why they have a lot of negativity in and around them. Anger also leads to a number of health related problems such as heart strokes, headaches, high blood pressure etc. However, meditation and life coaching can help you to deal far better with your anger and enjoy life, good health and family. Find out here how meditation can help you overcome anger.

What Angry People Assume?
People who are always full of anger are often busy assuming that they aren’t wrong in their position, that they aren’t responsible for it, which is why they don’t make an effort to question their behavior and way of thinking at all. to focus on the other important things in their life. Somewhere deep inside their minds, they know that they have no control on themselves and that nobody wants to come any closer to them, owing to their unreasonable and rough behavior.

What you can do about your Anger?
One of the easiest things that you can do to control your anger is to prepare a list of the things, people or situations that infuriate you.

Next is to find out where this comes from. What did you think and feel right before getting angry? You could try to control your rage and remember that you shouldn’t be yelling or displaying your fury before others. But it will only suppress it and postpone its explosion! So it is not recommendable from my side.

When you review your list, you’ll notice that most of the points that infuriate you are predictable and you can easily overcome those triggers and remain more calm and peaceful. Awareness is always the start to change.

How Can Meditation Help?
Meditation is extremely powerful and helpful when it comes to overcome anger. Meditation helps you by becoming simply far more aware of yourself, thoughts and emotions. That means you will identify the sources and triggers of your anger.

  1. Meditation Helps in Re-balancing Stress Hormones: When you are angry, your muscles tighten up, your blood pressure as well as heart rate increases. Apart from this, you also experience an adrenaline rush, which increases the volume of cortisol (a stress hormone) within your body. This can further lead to sleeplessness and physical, emotional and mental health problems. With meditation, you can re-balance your hormones and stay more peaceful, calm and serene.
  2. Helps in fixing the Emotions that Cause Fury: Angry people hold a lot of grudges from their past and even their present situation. However, when they choose to release all the frustration, anxiety, stress and negativity from their lives, they feel-calmer and composed. Meditation can help such people release all their frustrations and wrath and master their emotions, body and mind in a manner that they may have never experienced before.
  3. Boosts Serotonin Level: Meditation helps in boosting the level of Serotonin, which is neurotransmitter that induces happiness and feeling of well being. Even the anti-depression medications focus on raising the serotonin levels in our mind and body. As a result, one reaches the highest level of satisfaction and awareness in his/her life and feel less angry or infuriated.

To conclude, people can easily manage oneself and reach the point to not create anger – through awareness. The highest state to reach is to not create anger anymore but receiving happenings around you with ease and a composed mind. However, for that they need first to prepare themselves mentally. If you experience far too much anger, then it is maybe time for a meditation session.
